On behalf of the one on the biggest multinational agricultural company we announce the Pricing Manager position

In this role you will be subordinated to the company General Manager, cooperate on the management level with Marketing, Sales and Financial functions and ensure proper communication with regional Pricing manager (EAME region)

You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the efficient country pricing policy and ensuring the compliance of local pricing decisions with European price corridor

The functional activity includes but not limited by:

• Conduction of reviews on current pricing strategies, the competition, the industry in general and the key product categories
• Definition of appropriate prices lists and discounts based on analysis of market climate and competition, product life cycle and division strategy
• Conceptualization of consumer behaviors, and clear identification of differentiated customer segments requiring distinct pricing structures
• Development, execution and management of special pricing programs that are required to react to specific market or competitive conditions

Successful candidate should possess:

• Master degree on Economics/ Marketing/Business Administration/Finances
• Extended working experience and deep knowledge in product marketing, pricing and sales
• Excellent knowledge of agricultural market (preferably crop protection chemicals)
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work both on local and  multicultural levels
• Leadership and ability to drive projects and successfully cooperate whiting multifunctional environment
• Very good knowledge of English is a must
