Sales support specialist (IT/telecom) - Киев
Job Description:
Carries on the complete responsibilities for pre sales, tender and post contract support within dedicated area of responsibilities:
- Investigate sales opportunity based on available business solutions, customer opportunities and needs Ensure alignment of the customer solution with Company portfolio strategy and roadmap, and matching with existing "reuse solutions"
- Responsible for the customer solution strategy and associated risk exposure
- Main responsibility for the dimensioning, configuration of the customer solution including the bill of material and bill of quantity
- Ensure that the final customer solution specification allows efficient contract/purchase order execution
- Give feedback on new sales opportunities to ACR/KAM
- Assistance (to KAM responsible) in time/activities planning, performance evaluation and improvements
Requested competence:
- Knowledge and experience in one of telecom areas (preferable 2G/3G)
- Understanding and experience in working on pre-sales phase
- Ability to work as a team member and act as a team leader
- Speaking English and Russian language
- Readiness to business trips
